WHOA!! Summer is almost over and WHOA has experienced such favor of God!!! There are so many great supernatural and miraculous movements of God-we will have to share a few each week!

But, first, let’s look at the above scripture. As you know I have been meditating in Psalm 119. God pressed on my heart in the Spring to really contemplate every option that would be coming to the ministry. WHOA-we had no idea what God was lining up for this community! However, the road has been very difficult at times and my own personal weariness became an obstacle in itself. I kept going to God as the Psalm 119 states asking God to barricade the roads not to go down and light up the roads to honor. Ladies-God had so much more in store than we could ever ask for waiting for us around the corner!

Many of you today may be in this place. Maybe you are tired, maybe you go to God and ask where to turn and feel lost, maybe you are just needing to know from God what is best for you-my words of encouragement today are: just walk towards God, not from Him, walk steadily not giving up, then when you hear Him or feel His nudge-follow Him and then you will know you are doing what’s BEST for you! Don’t give up! The fight is well worth it because He truly rewards HIS OWN for diligently seeking HIM!

WHOA Magazine for Women is headed to the nearest bookstore all over the country. We will keep you posted on the latest as we progress!!

WHOA! What an incredible week for WHOA Ministries and BBBB!! God has truly rewarded us for our diligence! There are so many ways that God has favored and blessed WHOA Ministries and BBBB that I felt the need to list them:

1. Lisa Osteen Comes, the associate pastor of the largest church in America, Lakewood Church, shared my personal testimony this past Wednesday Night as she preached on “NOW FAITH”.

2. Joel Osteen, the Pastor of Lakewood Church, shared my testimony from the pulpit this Sunday on diligence. WHOA Ministries could not have asked for stronger affirmations and international doors to open for this ministry!

3.  WHOA Magazine for Women is launching January 2012 all over the United States as a retail item for $3.99.

4. Brown Bag Bible Buddies this past Thursday had one of the largest and most powerful luncheons yet and it continues to grow each month and new women are touched by God each month!

5. We have launched a new website, check it out!

6. We have a new Facebook Page please friend us now! 

7. We now are on TWITTER sign up now! 

All of these movements of God were made possible only because God promises: IF YOU HAVE FAITH-You will please Him and GOD IS A REWARDER of those that diligently SEEK HIM!

WHOA Ministries started out as Brown Bag Bible Buddies, September 2007 from a vision God gave me at two o’clock a.m. one night. BBBB was to be a safe place for women to take the mask off and seek God on an intimate level. A place where everyday women shared their personal trials of faith giving God all glory for their victory. We have had thousands of women come to a BBBB luncheon and many people have been there for a Season and some have stayed until this beautiful day today. WHOA Ministries was birthed to be the umbrella that encourages all women to not just Hear the word, not just obey the word as a religious spirit, but to ACT on what we know God needs us to do to reach the hurting. So, WHOA Radio was launched which grew into a thirty minute television talk show now airing on both major affiliates in Mississippi, WAPT-ABC and WLBT-NBC.  Then, WHOA Magazine for Women was birthed to share the amazing testimonies women shared of how God was so alive in their lives that could not attend a BBBB or watch the WHOA television Show. From all of this diligently seeking God’s will for this ministry—God is now rewarding all of us with supernatural favor and opportunities to reach the globe with His voice one story at a time!

WHOA Ministries has always challenged the women of WHOA to seek God first. To make God the first place on our priority list. WHOA Ministries is a living testimony TODAY that God truly rewards those that seek HIM diligently and make HIM first in our lives. Today, from a humble and honored heart, I ask each of you, are you seeking God diligently? Is He the first you consult in daily decisions? Is He the one you wake up and talk to each morning? Does your life reflect His character? Or are we more concerned about the blessings (money, things, stature) than we are the BLESSER? May we all sharpen one another and be accountability partners to one another to make sure we DO NOT DECEIVE ourselves. Otherwise,we will miss the reward God has already in place if we do NOT diligently seek HIM!

God is so good and HE is so FAITHFUL. This ministry is truly reaching the hurting and we all need to make sure WHOA is on our prayer lists and that God continues to reach who HE is calling. Partner with WHOA today like never before as we go further than any eye can see! WHOA Ministries is truly God’s own ministry waiting for you to partner with us!

WHOA Ministries

The Lord is preparing for all of us to be showered with many blessings this week. Look for them and receive them! Keep your eyes lifted to HIM! As I searched for strength for my heart, God led me to the scripture above and it brought me such comfort. All we have to do is ask God to strengthen us and HE will! Most importantly, we all must be better at waiting on HIS perfect will and HIS perfect timing. I speak blessings and peace over all of us. Don’t wait another second–Go to God and ask for his courage and his strength today! I love you and God loves you right where you are!

I really need your prayers. God is calling all of us as we come closer to the day of Atonement to purify ourselves like never before. I have never celebrated the Day of Atonement but felt pressed to re-examine my life, habits, heart, and mouth after studying the importance of this Day. I ask God daily to reveal to me the sins I don’t even know about. I ask God to look into my heart and clean up anything that does not represent Him. I cry out to all of you to do the same and I cry out for prayers as I continue to press on. In this Season we all must not deceive ourselves and allow the enemy to justify our offenses and sins. As I continue to yield to the Spirit my fleshly desires just burn off. BUT I KNOW with confidence what burns off of me will allow the GLORY of GOD to be seen brighter than ever. THANK you for your prayers for me, my family, and my ministry. I need you. I cover all of you too in my prayers. Keep up the good fight and let’s not kid ourselves of the purity God has called us all to so that when the world looks at us all they see is Christ in us. I love you. God blesses all acts of a pure heart and obedience!

God is taking over your wars right now. Trust and believe that God has your back. Just keep telling yourself Romans 8:28 that ALL things work for good for those that LOVE the Lord!
